How to order
Items can be added to your cart as you wish. From the cart you can delete items and change the number ordered. When you have selected all the items you want to order, click on "checkout". Each time you add an item, you will be taken to a page showing you what products you currently have in your shopping basket. You then have the choice to go to "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout". When you have selected all the items you want to order, click on the "Checkout" button for payment.

Credit/Debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken through our secure ePDQ PAYMENT SYSTEM. Payment will be debited from your account before we dispatch your purchase.

Cheque
When you are finished with your shopping, click on the 'Checkout' button when you have gone to the shopping basket page, choose 'cheque' or 'credit/debit card' payment and then fill in your details as requested. Please, make cheques payable for your total including postage and made payable to:

Please, allow 14 days for goods to be delivered of receipt of payment. If a product happens to be out of stock, delivery may be delayed, in some cases up to 28 days. As our products are either hand crafted or hand finished, and are therefore not always available from the manufacturers at short notice. If your item cannot be delivered within 14 days, we will inform you via email to discuss any options. If you are not happy with a delay we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the cheque to get to us and a further 5 working days for it to clear. Once the cheque has been cleared we will dispatch the goods, with an invoice.

All our products are either hand crafted or hand finished, and are therefore not always available from the manufacturers at short notice. Please place your Christmas orders early to avoid disappointment, as this is a particularly busy time of year. This will ensure you receive your product in time.

If you spend over £280.00 - postage and packing is FREE!
Monday to Friday only, please allow 28 days for your delivery.

OVERSEAS & NON-MAINLAND UK: Postage is charged at cost.

If you wish to order from outside UK, please email us with your order and we will get straight back to you with a quote for postage.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly provide refund, if the products are returned within 14 days. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us via Contact Us page and we will advise you how to return your product. Please obtain proof of posting when returning products as we cannot be held responsible for products that do not reach us. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the products are faulty.

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours
in writing to Contact Us page.

All charges are made in Pounds Sterling. All prices are subject to change. Prices include VAT at 17.5%.

All our wooden toys are hand made or hand finished, making each one unique and have been crafted to a very high standard.

All toys are made in Europe from high quality wood such as oak, beech, alder, maple, ash and pine from renewable sources.

Our wooden toys are suitable for children ages 3 years over and have been especially designed to be both child friendly and ecological.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email details so that the products you purchase can be sent to you. The details you provide us with will never be passed on to any third party.
